Her background in aviation with the Royal Australian Navy further sharpened her eye for detail, compliance and process excellence. These skills now sit at the heart of how she approaches every property under management.

Amanda is currently building and leading the VARO Property Management team from the ground up, with a clear focus on transparent communication, proactive maintenance, strong landlord and tenancy relationships, and reliable financial reporting.
